The Texas chapter was formed in December 2013 through a partnership with the Texas Municipal Human Resources Association (TMHRA). Since its formation, the chapter has held two annual conferences, has a membership base of more than 80 HR professionals and continues its outreach to public sector and quasi-governmental entities throughout Texas. The Texas chapter is proud to be affiliated with the National IPMA-HR organization that represents the interests of over 7,500 human resource professionals of all levels at the Federal, State, and Local levels of government.
